Audi has revealed their new Audi A6 allroad is now available in Sport trim level. If you’ve got the odd £50,000 to splash and want a stylish car for the harsh weather we’re soon-to-be facing, then the allroad Sport might be exactly what you’re looking for.
The Audi A6 Quattro was designed with light off-road driving in mind, both in technical features and in body styling. The new Sport trim level will take these aspects a step further, offering more premium features for drivers who want to brave the upcoming winter conditions in style.
The A6 allroad Sport comes with three six-cylinder diesel engine options, which are the same as the standard A6 allroad. The 215bhp and 268bhp are powered by a 3.0-litre TDI quattro engine and the 316bhp is achieved through a 3.0-litre BiTDI quattro. Depending on your engine choice, the fuel economy numbers range from 43.5mpg and CO2 emissions range from 149g/km. The 316bhp engine makes the 0-62mph drive in 5.5 seconds.
The A6 allroad Sport has an array of new features as standard, including electrically adjustable front seats in Valcona leather upholstery, with 4-way electric lumbar support; new 19-inch alloy wheels, with 10-spoke design, matte titanium look and gloss turned finish; LED headlights with high beam assist, automatically dipping the lights when there is oncoming traffic; dynamic rear LED indicators; privacy glass; heated folding mirrors; Audi Music Interface; SD card Sat-Nav; and Audi’s Parking System Plus.
All the features that Audi has added to the allroad Sport make it an even safer drive than the standard allroad, which is already known for its safety and weather protection. Drivers can add head-up display and night vision assistant, both help to relay essential information and prevent accidents with oncoming vehicles, pedestrians and animals.
The Audi A6 allroad Quattro Sport is available to purchase now, with prices for its entry-level V6 TDI starting at £49,445.
