There is set to be just 19 Audi A1 Quattro’s being delivered to the UK.

This special edition car will cost a staggering £41,020. For those of you who are still interested, many of them have already snapped up via pre-order and deposits.

What’s so special about the Audi A1 Quattro? The title of the car should give it away, it uses a built in Quattro system which features the famous all wheel drive.

There are around 600 components that have been modified within the new A1 Quattro. It will also come with rally inspired styling.


The 2.0 litre TFSI four cylinder petrol engine will be able to produce an almighty 256 BHP. The engine will be turbocharged and will reach 0 – 62 MPH in just 5.7 seconds. The car’s to speed will hit 152 MPH.

Good economy

The amount of power doesn’t necessarily mean that the car’s economic benefits are faltered. The special edition Audi A1 Quattro will be able to return 32.8 MPG according to some sources.

Performance modifications

The quick shift six speed manual transmission will be intelligently mated to the Audi Quattro’s all wheel drive system. The clutch is cleverly positioned upon the car’s rear axle. This is to ensure the possible weight distribution level is reached.

The XDS selective differential lock along with a specially modified Electronic Stability Program will bring about greater handling on the road.

The car is greatly inspired by the amazing Audi TTS which the chassis and the multi link set-up will represent.

Power steering

The power steering system will be electohydraulic making it very responsive and wonderfully weighted depending on the speed. The front brake discs are measured at 312mm and designed for high performance.

Rally inspired

The special edition Audi A1 Quattro will be available in Glacier White metallic paint. The 18 inch alloy wheels will make the car greatly stand out. The black roof will contrast the white colour in a wonderful way. The spoiler and modified bumpers help the car look like it has been rally inspired.

Great level of equipment

Equipment upgrades could reach £11,000 in total if they were included on a standard Audi A1. The equipment upgrades includes xenon plus headlights, LED interior lighting, an acoustic rear parking system, automatic air conditioning, cruise control, light and rain sensors, LED interior lighting package, adaptive brake lights and high beam assistance and a convenience key.
