The Russian Olympic Committee has generously given the keys to new Audi’s to medal winners in this year’s London Olympic games. After joining forces with Audi, the Russian Olympic Committee decided that this would be a very generous offer to the athletes for recognising their hard work and dedication.
The sports minister of Russia was on hand to speak a few words. “This is a gift from Russian business. Earlier today, the athletes received gifts from the Russian president. Now, its’ time for the Russian business to thank them,” Already the team is looking forward to the 2016 Olympic games in Rio, Brazil. Everyone believes that the Russian team will improve on their magnificent performance in London.
Rowing proved to be a tough sport for the Russian team this year. Altogether the nation managed to finish fourth in the medals table with 82. 24 gold medals were won, 26 silver medals and 32 bronzes. So what cars will be handed out? Gold medal winners will get an Audi A8 each. Silver medallists get a brand new Audi A7 and winners of the bronze medal will get a brand new Audi A6.
