Worldwide, Audi managed to sell 111,400 throughout the world in November alone. This represents an increase of 28 per cent. That statistic in particular may have surprised Audi themselves, as the increase figure marks a great improvement.

Strong performance in Germany
Peter Schwarzenbauer, the Member of the Board Management for Marketing and Sales at Audi, said that the Western European Region is currently a very strong market for the company. He also stated how well Audi are performing in their home country. His exact words were “We are growing against the trend in Western Europe. This has resulted in our highest market share ever. We will sell more than 250,000 cars in Germany this year for the first time since 2008.”
Audi are the fastest growing luxury car manufacturer in the world today. They are clearly being influenced in a positive manner by their parent company Volkswagen. Reports suggested that Audi have overtaken Mercedes-Benz as the number one luxury car manufacturer in the world. Can they overtake BMW?
