Contains a great amount of power
It is easy to see why fans and automotive journalists alike were excited to see the car. Just by looking at the vehicle, it is easy to imagine the great power which it is able to produce. The 2.5 litre TFSI engine can achieve 360 BHP and also 465 Nm of torque. The maximum speed of the vehicle will reach an outstanding 280 km.
The lucky owners of the vehicle will be able to choose from a manual six speed transmission or a seven speed S tronic transmission. The latter of the gear selections mentioned has been noted for its super-fast shifting abilities.
0 – 62 MPH in both available transmissions
In just 4.1 seconds, the Audi TT RS will be able to reach 0 – 62 MPH when the S tronic transmission. The manual transmission is able to hit 0 – 62 MPH in just 4.3 seconds. The roadster version of the Audi TT RS hits 0 – 62 MPH in 4.2 seconds using the S tronic transmission and 4.4 seconds using the manual transmission.
The exterior of the car has been modified being made of mostly aluminium ensuring the TT RS coupe is kept as light as possible. The 19 inch alloy wheels help the car stand out with large 255/35 tyres. From the wheels seen at the Geneva Motor Show, they are designed beautifully and adds a great deal of attractiveness to the car.

With a car so powerful, there has to be a strong and sophisticated braking system to help maintain all of that force. The Audi TT RS Coupe does not let you down in that respect.
Prices in Germany and the UK
The manual transmission version of the car is currently available in Germany for €60,650. The seven speeds S tronic will come at a cost of €62,800. The TT RS roadster manual will cost €63,500 and the seven speed S tronic costing €65,650.
For us in the UK, the vehicle will go on sale later on in the UK costing £45,840. The TT RS Plus which contains a 20 BHP increase will go on sale for £50,000.
